Vendor Agreement


Monarch Community Ventures LLC (MCV)

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) and Monarch Community Ventures LLC (“MCV”). This Agreement applies to all current and future MCV-hosted events and popup markets.


1. Booth Space

  • Each Vendor will receive a 10×10 booth space.
  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, and other setup materials.
  • All tents must be secured with a minimum of 25 lbs of weight per leg for safety.
  • Vendor displays must stay within their designated space and not encroach on walkways or neighboring booths.

2. Setup and Take Down

  • Vendor setup begins 2 hours prior to the start of the event.
  • Breakdown must be completed within 1 hour after the event ends.
  • Vendors must arrive on time and be fully set up before the event begins.
  • Each vendor is responsible for cleaning their booth area and removing all items and trash.
  • 🔒 MCV reserves the right to charge a cleanup fee if the space is left in poor condition.

3. Attire and Conduct

  • Vendors are encouraged to dress creatively and professionally.
  • Attire must remain family-friendly, as children will be present.
  • Vendors are expected to maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor throughout the event.
  • 🔒 MCV reserves the right to remove or bar vendors from future participation if they fail to follow rules or display inappropriate behavior.

4. Promotion Requirements

  • Vendors are required to promote the event via social media or digital channels.
  • Digital flyers will be provided by MCV.
  • Please tag Monarch Community Ventures (MCV) in your posts — we will gladly reshare your content to help promote your business.

5. Registration & Payments

  • By purchasing a booth space through our website, the Vendor agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
  • All sales are final and nonrefundable.
  • 🔒 Booth purchases made through the website are considered binding and complete upon checkout.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Each vendor is responsible for:
    • Providing their own payment collection method, such as cash, mobile payment apps, or card readers.
    • Managing their own sales, tax obligations, and business compliance.
    • 🔒 MCV is not liable for a vendor’s financial transactions, product quality, or customer disputes.

7. Cancellations and Force Majeure

  • Vendor cancellations are nonrefundable.
  • If MCV cancels an event, vendors will be contacted regarding next steps.
  • In the event of a force majeure (e.g., weather, emergency, natural disaster), MCV will assess the situation and notify vendors. Refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • 🔒 Any vendor complaints should be submitted to MCV in writing. Vendors agree to allow MCV the opportunity to resolve issues before taking public or legal action.
  • 🔒 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Montgomery County, TX.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing the purchase of a vendor booth on our website, in-person, or by pre-arranged means with MCV, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement will apply to all future events unless replaced by an updated version.
