Vendor Booth – Creepy & Kooky Farmers Market

Booth Details

• Booth Size: 10×10 vendor space
• Fee: $50  for regular vendor spots, $65 for Food Trucks
• Admission: Free entry for shoppers

Vendor Requirements

• Bring your own tent, tables, and setup
• Tents must be properly weighted for safety
• Generators allowed only with a mini fire extinguisher
• Booth décor and costumes must be kid-friendly

Expectations

• Trick-or-Treat Ready: Vendors must bring candy, stickers, or a fun activity for kids
• Dress the Part: Costumes and booth decorations encouraged
• Promote the Market: Share on social media & tag us — cross-promotion helps everyone
• Stay the Full Event: Vendors must remain until 9 PM to qualify for vendor raffle

Incentives

• 🐝 Early Bird Promo: First 10 vendors get 10% off booth fee
• 🎟️ Vendor Raffle: All vendors (except food trucks) entered into raffle for a booth refund (must stay full event)
